Elearning Development & Instructional Design
We help our clients identify the skills and tools needed to create effective in-house e-learning solutions. We develop Web Based Training (WBT) courses with customized sets of reusable activities. Elearning Development is growing more and more within corporations. We can implement a Learning Management System (LMS) to host your Computer Based Training (CBT)
Our Instructional Design team works with client content and subject-matter experts (SMEs) to design highly motivational e-learning courses. Options include either in-house development and build out of our final instructional designs, or, of course, we can use the design to develop top-notch curriculum.

- Production
Team works from approved storyboards with guidance from ID Testing/database developed, if required Secure testing site established allowing for online review of course content Client provides feedback
4) DELIVERY
- Project Team
Perform quality assurance testing ensure program meets functional, technical, and cognitive requirements Modify application to alleviate any problems identified during QA, while maintaining strict change control to minimize regression Finalize and deliver all
- Client implements eLearning solution
